SOJOURNERS MAGAZINE CALLS CAROLINE THE SOCIAL JUSTICE SINGER/SONGWRITER OF HER GENERATION

Sojourners Magazine, a greatly respected publication and organization for social justice and the Christian Left, has a wonderful article in its December 2012 issue about Caroline entitled "Singing the Stories Untold." Written by Silas House, the article tells about Caroline as a truth-teller in her songs. "Each of Herring’s songs is an intricate portrait of the human experience, often illuminating folks whose stories have been lost due to race, class, or gender.
